Dance what you feel I kept thinking to myself, hearing in my head the echo of the phrase I use when talking about painting:
Paint what you see.
The second half of that phrase is implied but left unspoken:
Paint what you see (not what you think.)
Dance what you feel (not what you think it should look like;
not what you think your partner wants/expects you to do;
not your emotions rather your sensations;
not who you think you should be rather who you are.)
Dance who you are.
Follow the path that opens before you,
The path of least resistance some people call it.
But resistance can be part of the journey,
Allowing you to push through,
Continue onward,
So that you can feel the dance,
Be who you are.
Dance who you are.
Dance what you feel.
