If your product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7-days of receipt for exchange*. USPS Priority Mail on domestic packages is insured up to $50 USD.

New, unopened packages may be returned at your cost within 21-days with refund less shipping & handling fees.

*We are able to track domestic packages. We are not able to track packages once they leave the United States; therefore cannot take responsibility for loss or damage caused by international shipping. In this case, any product replacement is at the cost of the customer.

Your privacy is important to the Global Underscore co-coordinators and we are committed to respecting it. This statement applies to the Global Underscore website and explains how we handle and use the personal information we collect from our website. The Global Underscore webmaster or sales team collects and uses your personal information (name, address, phone number, email address, and payment information) to process product orders and deliver the products requested. 

With your consent, Global Underscore co-coordinators may also use personal information (email address) to inform you of news, announcements, special offers, and other products or services available from Global Underscore, and may contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current or potential new services that may be offered.

We occasionally hire other agencies to provide necessary limited services on our behalf, such as handling the processing of mailings, providing customer support, processing transactions, or email marketing. We will only provide those authorized service providers the personal information they need to deliver the service. They are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information and are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose. Global Underscore co-coordinators do not sell, rent, or lease its customer lists to third parties.

When the personal data that we have collected is no longer required, we will delete it in a secure manner. We may process data for statistical purposes, but in such cases, data will be anonymized.

The Global Underscore webmaster may access and/or disclose your personal information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on the Global Underscore site; or (b) protect and defend the rights or property of the Global Underscore website. However, we will do what we can to ensure that your privacy rights continue to be protected.

4. Right to access: You have the right to know what data about you is being processed and how it is referenced in Paragraphs 1) and 2) above.
5. Right of portability: You may request that personal data held by the Global Underscore website be given to a third party at any time upon your request.
